Sinus Lifting with DSI Implants and Bone Graft

Patient: Male 62 years old. In good general health condition.
Missing teeth on the upper right side and also asked for the old bridge renewal on the left together with a correction on malposition tooth in front.
Sinus lifting was performed simultaneously with implantation. (Syntoss Bone Graft, DSI Premium Implants, DSI Silk 5.0 sutures). After a four-month recovery period, trepan open implants and abutments added using a direct impression technique.
A week after, the new smile was there.

Pushing and removing Schnaiderian membrane. Reaching the desired deepness by 2.0 DLC drill. DSI Implant installation with 35 Ncm torque.
